I do not recommend this jewlery store at all. Terrible experience and the worst customer service experience. The events that occured is as follows: 1-bought earrings for over $150 2-went to a second store to make sure that I paid a fair price and I was quoted less than $70 3-went back the same day to return the earrings and the guy told me that they will not issue a refund because I paid debit and not cash. 4-i asked for the owners name and I was told he is gone to Dubai and will not be back soon. I feel that I was robbed and taken advantage. I thought I would go and support our Arab business in the area but I will never again do this mistake.

Bad experience, I was disappointed buy the fact that they overpriced the gold nicklaus I got by $5 /gram ...and they told me it's ok to return it but when I went back they refuse to return my money used the excuse of not paying cash but with credit. ... poor excuse. Had to leave the store with firm decision not to Come back.
