Jewelry over priced and the sales representative's are pushy and don't let you decide don't recommend this place unless you want to end up in depth.

I Was absolutely disappointed with the buisness of this store. I had my wedding band repaired after christmas last year 2015. They had convinced me to get my posts repaired and replaced for "stronger" posts..... 4 months later.... Two seperate posts and dimonds completely broke off, And come to find out there was only a 30 day warranty...they were not able to back up their work.... After paying $300 for the repair...... I will no longer be doing further buisness with them. Totally disappointed after doing buisness with them for over 10 years.

I usually do not post reviews, but my experience here has been so terrible I have to let people know. Would not buy anything from this company again. PLEASE DO NOT BUY YOUR ENGAGEMENT RING HERE. My fiancé proposed to me December 26, 2015 with a ring from Daniel's. The ring was beautiful, but too big. He said that would be no problem as the woman that helped him told him it's good to go bigger with the ring that way you can bring it in and get it sized and it's covered under your warranty. So, we took the ring back in and we needed to size it down two sizes. $50.00 per size down is what he was charged. I inquired as to why he was told it would be covered and the answer was "That's only for if you maybe gain weight or get pregnant, we could size it for you without charge." I'm wondering what the difference is to the initial sizing and the moment I may possibly become pregnant and gain weight. We took the ring in on Sunday night and had the ring back by Thursday. Yay, I finally get to wear my ring and show it off, right?! Well, I wore the ring for about a week, and the weekend following that week of wearing my ring (January 9th to be exact), we were outside and I was admiring my ring and I notice that the diamonds looked like they weren't merged with the gold completely...and here's the worst part, there were 3 small diamonds missing on the band part of the ring! I couldn't believe it because I don't do anything crazy with my hands for this to happen. I take it off during showers. My fiancé took another trip to Daniel's to get this sorted out. He dropped it off the week of January 11th. Thank God he had originally added the $300 insurance for the ring, otherwise who knows what they would have done. They have had the ring since and advised him it could take 3-5 weeks. It is now Valentine's Day, February 14th and I still don't have my ring back. This is going on 5 weeks of the company having my ring and at no point have they called my fiance to apologize for the inconvenience and advise him they are doing their best to get the ring out to him as soon as possible. When he called the last time to follow up, they told him "Actually, it takes 4-6 weeks". So they are adding time to what they originally quoted him. All they told him was "We only receive shipments on Fridays, 2 Fridays ago. And, still no call from them and NO RING! How embarrassing is it to be asked about our engagement and have to tell people that diamonds already fell out of my ring. The ring sounds incredibly cheap and it was over $1000. My poor fiancé is embarrassed about the whole situation and he is afraid I feel he bought a cheap ring. It's not him I'm upset with. It's the terrible service that Daniel's has provided. I have worn my ring for a total of a week and I was proposed to on December 26. That's terrible. Bottom Line : Will not be shopping at Daniel's EVER AGAIN.
