This hidden valley gem is one of the best local businesses in town. They can take care of all of your jewelry needs. I had an old Wal-Mart watch that I love and can no longer just quickly replace. I brought it in and was lucky enough to have the owner help me. He is an amazing gentleman with impeccable customer service. Darlene the manager was the second person I met and she was so very sweet and friendly! I highly recommend The Vault and will never step into any other place again. Ashley Baenziger ~

Ive been going to The Vault for many years. The owners are wonderful, honest people, who will bend over backwards to make sure you are happy with your purchase. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

One of the best business experiences I encountered in the Central Valley in a long time. The owner is a honest Christian man who will go out of his way to make sure you walk out of the door satisfied. Due to an honest mistake during a repair of our ring, we ended up walking out of the door with an even better diamond free of charge. Now that is customer service!

I recently needed some work done on my wedding ring. It was my grandfather's ring and the onyx had cracked and I needed to replace the stone. I went to 3 local jewelers and each one told me that it was "impossible to replace onyx". My ring was made in 1934 - how was it possible for people in the 30's to cut onyx but now nobody will touch it!? Did technology regress since then?! I digress...Thinking all hope was lost I made my way to The Vault. The moment I showed my ring to the owner he immediately assured me that he could cut the new stone and replace the onyx - I was thrilled! I just picked up my ring literally 30 minutes ago and I love it! The work was beautiful and the price was right. Thanks guys!

My fiancé got my engagement ring done at The Vault in Fig Garden. It was a little big so I had to get the ring taken down half a size. I've stopped by the shop on 3 separate occasions to see if I could get my ring taken in and finally, I was able to. The called 48 hours after I dropped the ring off and had it ready for me to pick-up. So of course being newly engaged, I rased across town to pick-up my ring before closing. When I got there, a blonde greeted me..(who I've had pleasant interactions with until now). She pulls out my ring.. along with the extra diamond that was taken out due to smaller size. Well anyways, she gives me my ring and I notice what I thought was a hole in the ring band. When I brought it to her attention, she got really defensive and informed me that what I thought was a hole was actually a dirt spot. She then very rudely demanded the ring back so that she could attempt to get the dirt spot out. Unfortunately, her nor the jeweler could not get the dirt spot out. She then asked me if I wanted to keep the ring WITH the DIRT UNDERNEATH THE DIAMOND. how rude? how poor to conduct business. Who would want their new engagement ring with a dirt spot in it. Longgg story short, The short, thick blonde was beyond rude and I felt like a huge inconvenience.:( I was going to purchase my wedding bands from there but they will not be getting my business!!!! poor attitude cost & poor attention to detail cost you good business.
