Diamonds are my best friends, and Adiamor is the best place for diamonds! They have a huge variety of diamonds to choose from, and their prices are the most reasonable in town. I bought a few loose diamonds from Adiamor in the past few years, and I love all of them!!! They always look so stunningly beautiful all the time. I just ordered another one from them and cannot want to see it. Adiamor is the place I highly recommend for diamonds and other jewelries. For sue I will go back again and again to Adiamor!!!

A friend referred me to Adiamor when I was shopping for my fiances engagement ring and I am glad he did! My experience with this Jeweler was nothing short of amazing! I spent hours online researching diamonds and looking through their huge online database of stones to choose from. I called several times with questions and always got someone knowledgeable on the other end to offer answers to my questions and advice. On top of all this, the ring combo I wanted was something that I couldn't find anywhere except for a pintrest picture. I sent the picture to Adiamor to have a custom ring set made and both my fiance and I think the actual product they made came out better then it looks in the pictures! Amazing. Our wedding is coming up in the next couple of weeks and I am back to purchase a wedding band for me. I found a great ring at a great price. I am a stickler for customer service and Adiamor does not disappoint! If you are hesitant to buy a ring through a website just call them up and talk to a real person. They are there to help and its much appreciated!

Our experience with Adiamor exceeded our expectations and made finding our perfect engagement ring so intimate and personalized. Carly and Mark were extremely helpful when it came to selecting our center stone. Choosing from online selections, unseen, can be very stressful, however the team at Adiamor were very honest and helped us find a diamond that was exactly what we were looking for. We felt like we were in such good hands throughout the entire process. Additionally they helped bring to life the exact setting we had imagined. Mark and Carly were always available to answer our questions and even counseled us on insuring our ring. The final ring was sent to us for approval and arrived packaged carefully with GIA certificate included. Overall, we could not be happier with the service we received and, most importantly, with our engagement ring. Our sincerest thank you goes out to the entire Adiamor team. Nadia and Fabio.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our experience with Adiamor. I had an idea of the type of engagement ring I wanted, but really could not find what I was looking for. I decided I wanted to see if I could combine a solitaire with a halo. I called and the customer service was great. They were extremely helpful and put my ideas into place to make the ring I was looking for. We sent in pictures along with our questions and they were very helpful in making sure they were quick to respond. I definitely recommend you purchase your ring from them.

Great customer service, except for when it came to *attempting* to purchase a custom designed setting. Regarding the center stone, my finance made the purchase online. The price seemed too good to be true and as such, we were paranoid. Sam, one of the company's owners, was very patient in reassuring us that the company stands behind its products and that we would be more than satisfied. He was very right. When the ring arrived, we were blown away. We highly recommend Adiamor if you're purchasing something other than a custom piece. UPDATE: Because we were so pleased with the center stone, we decided to engage with this company in the custom design process, which turned out to be a total waste of time. It took a week and a follow up to even hear back at all from Kristina S., the manufacturing director. Despite a detailed description with pictures and all, she asked questions that were clearly answered in that description and raised doubts about the design all the while stating, "We can build absaooutely anything[.]" [sic] She asked me to find pictures of exactly the band we wanted --- well, if that existed, why would we be pursuing a custom design? There were long lags and delays in response time, just like from the outset. We then changed the design and sent a photo of a band we had seen in person and requested some slight modifications to the design. Same thing all over again. Finally, when we asked for a quote, we were told AFTER ALMOST TWO MONTHS OF THIS PROCESS, " I think it would be best to source your design locally." Overall, she did not help move along the process or make any positive suggestions. It was just delay and disappointment.
