I would never shop here again. My fiancee and I stopped by here to look at engagement rings on November 20 after noticing their sign while driving from California to Arizona. What a terrible experience. We felt like they were trying to sell us a used car. They used underhanded sales tactics, like separating my fiancee and me (under the guise of having me talk about "financing" with one sales associate even though I was paying cash while she went to look at rings with another). They also tried to sell us rings in styles in which we had clearly and emphatically stated we weren't interested. There was one woman with outrageous makeup and hardware in her face (I wish I had paid attention to her name...) who was particularly terrible. As soon as they sensed that we weren't going to buy, they quickly abandoned us. I had been to a few jewelry stores before this (both chain and individually owned) and this was the only place that I would say was truly "bad." And then to top matters, a few weeks later in the mail I get a credit card from Kay for which I had never signed up in the first place! What a scam. Stay away from this place.
