Not recommended if you paid a lot of money for your jewelry when you purchased it take it to your local jeweler and sell it for scrap this place is a joke they only give you half of what a nice jewelry shop will give you and won't be harrassed when you call to make them aware of what you were paid somewhere else I will never do business here again. Very insulting and all these 5 star reviews there's no way I'm the only one who got ripped off they have to be fake. But as far as the girl that helped me she was very nice and that's why I gave 1 star

Not a good place to sell exclusive diamonds! Offered $4,000 for a $47,000 flawless diamond! Be Ware, read this: Offered them a Platinum Tiffany Engagement Ring Solitaire with 2.17 carat, Round Brilliant, SI2, F, Ideal Cut diamond, purchased from De Beers in 2004. This is an exclusive diamond, very rare in quality and brilliance. I had the official US Treasury appraisal with me but I did not show it to the guy before, just curious what he'll say about the diamond. He looked on it, extensively, kept on texting someone, and then looked again. After 10 minutes he offered $4,000 for a De Beers diamond appraised at $47,000 in 2005. He then up the offer to $6,000. When I showed him the appraisal he asked me to wait and called his "boss" in Riverside, who came back with $8,000 offer. I left. I sold the ring to a jewelry place in San Gabriel for $38,000 a week later. You should do the same, try selling to retail jeweler first.

I had a great experience selling gold at this particular store considering it was my first time! As soon as I walked in, I felt very welcomed. The associate who helped me was Edward and let me tell you, he did an exceptional job! I did not feel uncomfortable at all and definitely did not feel like I was being forced to sell. After going over the process and telling me how much I was going to get, I was surprised! I got way more than what I thought it was worth! I had no doubt in my mind that I had come to the right place. Will definitey tell my family and friends to sell here! Great service!

I only wish I had come into AAA Gold Exchange earlier. I sold some jewelry to a place near my house, and I felt terrible about it. I felt like I got ripped off. But when I went to AAA Gold Exchange, they made me feel comfortable, safe, and appreciated. I took them less jewelry than I took to the other place but I got WAY MORE money! Sounds crazy, but it's true. Thanks Ian for being so helpful. I'll be back!
