My experience was first rate. From Manager Steve's prompt response to my call- all the way to Diane's attention when I came to pick up my ring. Diane is the perfect mix of professional and personable. I appreciate the respect and care she showed my little repair job. She seemed as delighted to inform me that the ring could be fixed- as I was to hear the news. Steve kept me updated on the process. It was ready ahead of time and at a reasonable price. Most importantly, my ring that holds priceless sentimental value is beautiful once again. Mark Schneider Fine Jewelry is a class act. We are lucky to have them here in Long Beach.

I purchased my girlfriend's engagement ring recently and from start to finish the service was brilliant. Danielle Ginsburg is a credit to the company as she did so much to help me such as sending me over something I could use to work out ring size, giving several different diamond options and quickly answering any questions I had along the way. My bank also sent the wrong amount and Danielle did everything she could to get the overpayment returned to me. The ring itself looks amazing and hopefully my girlfriend agrees in a few weeks from now. Couldn't ask for more and well worth the money.

My buying experience summed up simply; a pleasure. I live in Pennsylvania. My wife fell in love with a ring made here after finding out on the internet. Without ever having to leave my home, I was able to purchase the ring. As a matter of fact, I gave Danielle short notice before the holidays to manufacture the ring, set the stone, and send it to me prior to a Christmas vacation. She ensured me it could be done and it was. Beautiful rings, great craftsmanship! We couldn't be happier with the results!

Steven Plank, the General Manager, helped me out from start to finish in choosing the engagement ring I chose for my soon to be bride. I came in knowing nothing about the process. He educated me with several options and even gave me a tour of their facility. Fascinating to learn that they make everything there, from the casting of the gold, the cutting of the diamonds, to the art work going in to the design of the ring bands and stones. Steve didn't try to sell me. His primary and only goal was to give me options and leave me feeling 100% satisfied. I can't wait to pick up the ring and present it to my girl. Highly recommend this establishment!

From the moment you walk in you know that this place is the real deal. Everyone greets you with a smile and they offer you complimentary beverages and chocolates which is always a nice touch. The jewelry is top notch and the service that I received from Steven was amazing to say the least. From the selection process to the day I picked it up I felt like I was being taken care of. They genuinely seem to care about your happiness and take every step to ensure everything goes as smooth as possible for you. Can't forget about the tour that they give you of the premises where you get to see how they handle all of your jewelry needs since they do everything in house from sizing to setting to designing. Couldn't be happier with the way the engagement ring came out and I just wish anyone reading this who is on the hunt for the right jewelry shop to make a life changing purchase at least do your due diligence and check out Mark Schneider on the Downtown Long Beach Promenade!
