I cannot stress this enough - Yates & Co is the BEST! After searching jewelers in my area I couldn't feel comfortable with giving my hard earned money to a company that was non american and/or the owner was a ghost in the establishment. I was looking for a particular solitaire for an engagement ring and Ron was able to assist me via email with different options. When the diamonds came in for viewing I was blown away by the quality and professionalism upon first meeting. He explained thoroughly about diamonds and is truly a master at his work. They hooked me up on a layaway and were able to work with me during the whole process. It almost felt as if they played a part in my proposal. She was totally blown away by the ring. Everyone at Yates has been SUCH a pleasure to work with and their rings are beyond gorgeous -- you can't even compare any other jewelers to them, they have been in business before I was born and I Cannot give enough praise to this fantastic company. If you need to buy an engagement or wedding band then this company has what you need. We will be returning to purchase more jewelry Thanks again guys!

Years ago Yates and Co. helped me design the most beautiful ring. Truly a one of a kind. Over the years, natural wear and tear happened from all the love of wearing it and I needed to have the diamonds reset and and the ring polished...needless to say, the ring came out beautiful! Yates & Co. is wonderful place to go for custom jewelers and repairs. It’s a good idea to build a relationship with a trusted jeweler, and Yates & Co. is a great place to build one with.

We went into Yates jewlers to have a diamond replaced in a ring and after seeing how beautiful their rings were, had one custom made. When we picked up the ring when it was finished it was much more beautiful than we imagined. Ron did an EXCELLENT job. Well exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend Yates Jewelers, professional, and friendly down to the coffee and warm cookies they have for their customers.

Transaction done completely with phone and emails (from another state), involving returns and custom made jewelry - Marissa and Ron were very professional, courteous and careful in making sure we had exactly what we wanted and then delivered the goods. If you are looking for a custom design or unique features without outrageous prices and extra charges, I highly recommend Yates jewelers!
