My girlfriend and I decided to dip in here as we were walking by on a Saturday morning because she knows their stuff from Instagram and because of the awesome Cow Skull and Discoball in the window display/entrance. She got a new version of one of her favorite necklaces. The sales girl, Julianna was really nice and super helpful. Rad Style, cool showroom, and even a few things for guys, which is cool.

$100 ring, Forever 21 quality... Received a La Kaiser ring as a gift the end of Sept. By Jan all the metal had corroded & cause the skin on my finger to peel, not turn green, PEELING RASH & was literally an OPEN SORE (see pics). Emailed C of W and they blamed it on the ring being "gold plated sterling silver" & lectured me how this was an exception to their policy. (I have rings that are silver I wear for extended periods & have NEVER had a rash/sore on my finger. I even tried taking it to a jeweler to have dipped but was told he couldn't because of the metal). 2/10/18 came into store & exchanged the ring, the girl told us we'd have to repurchase items from the store & manager would credit the CC. 2/13 get a reply with ANOTHER lecture about how this is a 1 time exchange because it's over their 60 days. 2/20 emailed AGAIN & as of today, still no refund or reply, disputed the charge with Amex. Don't fall in love with anything you buy here, it will be trash within 4 months...
