I recently visited this store and had a wonderful experience. They were so nice and helpful to me and my daughter. I really appreciated how they asked me first before offering cookies to my daughter! They were so patient with me as I tried on so many different necklaces!! I couldn't decide because everything is so nice. I really liked how their collections can be mixed together and still look like they were designed to go together. I was able to pair up a very nice heart-shaped necklace with a pair of earrings from another collection. I highly recommend this store not only for personal shopping but also if you need a gift for someone. There were several items for me to choose to get a gift for my friend's birthday coming up!!!

Last week my 76 year old mother tried to exchange a gift I gave her for Mother's Day. She left this store practically in tears because of the poor treatment she received from Sandra, the manager. This is the closest Brighton store, an hour away from where she lives and I feel just horrible that I had subjected my mother to such AWFUL AWFUL customer service. This was the second time my mother was at this store to exchange my gift. The first time was about a month ago and my elderly mother was given the run around when looking for something she'd like better than the charm necklace I gave her. When my mother told me of her experience I immediately called the Denver store (where I had purchased the item) who then called the Santa Barbara store and spoke to store manager Nancy Caldwell (spelling?). BTW how many managers does this store need? Nancy said for my mother to come to the store again and THIS is what happened! My mother was accused of not being honest trying to return an used item. I don't care if this Sandra person did not know what had been arranged with my mother-you simply don't treat people like this! SHAME SHAME SHAME to Santa Barbara Brighton store!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could I'd rate this store minus 5 stars. I am writing this review using my boyfriend's account because I don't have account with gmail. Diane W.
