Although I love the Alexis Bittar jewelry, I will never buy any of it again because of their lost earring policy. I bought a pair of Alexis Bittar earrings at Nordstrom for my daughter, who lost one of them. On my behalf, Nordstrom contacted Alexis Bittar to see about buying a replacement. They told Nordstrom their firm policy (also stated on the AB website) of never selling a replacement earring, and that I would have to buy a complete new pair at the full price. REALLY BAD customer relations. No more Alexis Bittar for me.

copies of great vintage designers. More like so many references to Alexis Kirk, Cadoro and Schiapprelli. Nothing new to note here, but lucite as if he discovered it.

used to love his designers. Not it just seems all lucite copies of vintage jewelry. I was a bit disappointed but I did buy a pair of earrings that are marvelous.

I totally agree, the service is terrible. I ordered product on Tuesday morning that was supposed to be shipped 2nd day air. It's Friday night and still has not been shipped. I sent two message and left a voice mail and did FINALLY got an email today (Friday)....when I started trying to contact them Wednesday morning, and now they are not responding to my second level question again. Awful customer service. There evidently is no point in finding a way to reach Alexis. There is a website called 'the glass door' that rates companies regarding employment there and it seems as though employees are VERY unhappy there. What a shame because he's making a fortune, I'm sure.
