Purchased a ring for my wife, just because..... was given the price and I had informed the sales person that I would be back the next day so it could be resized if needed. She said okay. Came back with my wife to have the ring resized, come to find out, the other cashier put an extra charge of $59 for some warranty without my knowledge and was also informed that I would have had to pay for sizing of the ring. If i was properly informed I would not have purchased the warranty and if I had known that I had to pay extra for ring sizing that I had purchased there I would have gone somewhere else. There are a lot of places that don't charge you for the sizing of the purchases if needed. So , can you tell me that I truly had to pay for sizing or should I find out elsewhere and go on a crusade to make sure no one else goes through or is swindled out of their cash when doing or making an honest purchase and being charged for a warranty that was not wanted? Let me know something before I get on these social media sites.

Special ordered a bulova watch, never shipped, never contacted me. Now the watch is unavailable period. My business with kays is done period! Avoid them if you can, prices are far better at other retailers for watches

A few years ago I purchased a ring for my mother. I had diamonds taken out of one piece of jewelry and put in another and there were extra--the employee tried to pocket them. It took double the time promised for it to be finished and I was having to call them to check on it. It was disheartening and embarassing having my mother go through fighting to get her diamonds back for a christmas gift I'd given her. I can also say this is a horrible place to work. It's very unorganized. The back rooms are filthy and I was expected to climb ontop of things (very high, not safe) to retrieve jewelry display stands. The pay is horrible and I was not allowed to sell anything to earn commission my first week. One particular woman who'd been there years lied to the manager saying I left jewelry unoccupied and I didn't even have access to unlock the cases. The manager told me I should work there because I'd get a good discount (so I could finally buy my husband a decent wedding band). He came and picked one out. One month went by, no discount and then I was informed I was temporary and probably wouldn't get one. It was heartbreaking because I couldn't buy it at full price. At the end of every day, we were made to painstakingly count every piece of jewelry in the cases as if we were thieves. I also witnessed a man try to return an unused engagement ring in the original box with the receipt because his proposal got declined and the assistant manager refused. I felt so bad for the guy.

Horrible customer service, very rude and no one knows what their doing. After you purchase their product and buy the warranty and bring it in for inspection. They act like your bothering them and hassle you about it. The one in pier park is a much better expierence.
