Very disappointed with the staff. I got an earrings as a gift and I passed by to exchange them and the sales rep.was about to change it when one of the managers showed up and claimed - after 1 hour in a line - that I had been using those earrings. I showed her everything and she didn't take a.look at me. I guess that's the way they avoid gift returns. I felt so.frustrated and vulnerable as I was treated as a lier when the package was completely new. I couldn' t get any satisfaction or defense as a customer. I would never buy from Pandora in my whole life. I left the shop crying of shame. Unfortunately for me they acted as a cheap tricky ones

Not good of a system at pandora. They make you wait outside for a long time then when you arrive and purchase what you want they didnâ€™t even get my name and I was on a waitlist to be called to the register to just buy a gift card. We also noticed a guy who was buying many gifts and he spent over $400 and was given a very small bag and complained because of the way they gave him that bag, so he requested the manager and she came and acknowledged the mistake and gave the right bag to him. The whole system of controlling payments is a mess and very disorganized with employees walking around with trays. At the end we got what we wanted and just left with relief (because it was packed).

This place might as well be a Claire's (no disrespect). There are 8-10 associates in this tiny little circle running around with trays, it looks so unprofessional and inelegant for such an expensive place ($$). I didn't have any experience with her personally but one of the managers seemed so grumpy. Sales are all about customer service, a happy face, a hearty, hospitable reception; if you can't sell yourself, you can't sell your product. I do think there are good sales associates, I dealt with Cynthia and another manager, Yanely. They were both really helpful. My review goes to management. Is it your wish for your store to look so disorganized?

Norma was super helpful and friendly. The other girls weren't as friendly and gave me attitude when I was trying to ask questions. Thankfully, Norma was very sweet.

Worst customer service ever! They have the rudest manager (YANELI), who acted as if she were too important to even speak to me... I went to exchange a brand new Sterling silver bracelet I received from Pandora because my old one was defective but it was at the dadeland mall location, in which they did not have the bracelet I wanted, so... they told me to go to another store and it should be exchanged with no problem. so I went to this one And they REFUSED to exchange it and were extremely rude about the whole situation because I did not have a receipt... I was treated as if I had stole it... are you serious? All they had to do was communicate with the other store to confirm.... I swear I wish I can leave a million bad reviews for this store
