Excellent place to do Business. The owner makes you feel like you’re right at home. everybody in the store very professional not pushy and will help you make the right decision. Never priced driven

I decided to come by here before christmas to get a gift for my girlfriend, and my first impression was a good one. The woman who helped me with the pandora bracelets and the younger guy were very nice and helpful. The owner is also very professional. However, while selecting a bracelet I decided to drop off my watch for a battery replacement instead of doing it in my hometown. That was a mistake and its because of this that I do not reccomend this establishment to my friends. A simple procedure that I've had done for around 10 dollars and within my visit took them a week and they charged me 50 dollars for it, only telling me the price after the fact. An older gentleman with glasses took my watch to catalogue while I was in the middle of my initial purchase and brushed over the whole thing very casually, almost rushing the procedure...then saying I should expect a response in a few days. The time I would have been fine with, but I wasn't okay with the price. Upon driving down to pick my watch up today after receiving the voicemail, they couldnt even find it because the guy catalogued it under the wrong name. In the end, I felt taken advantage of because the details weren't made clear to me the day I dropped it off. I asked for ONLY a battery replacement and paid for other services I didnt need. Get your batteries changed at Walmart or something... jewelry stores like this are just going to charge you like you're buying the jewelry itself.
