They specialize in humiliation. They send out emails and mailers offering 50% off if you spend 99.00 or more, then when you come in to receive said discount, they humiliate and belittle you and show you the microscopic disclaimer at the bottom of the email saying what it does not apply to.
Very unprofessional. Couldn't they clearly state that in the ad coupon???
Then, as if that was not enough to walk out, which I immediately did after what happened next...
So, I was with a female salesperson, looking at a selection of Pandora charms, and was also holding a chart of Pandora charms picture/price list, when a cheesy male salesman in a cheap suit waltzes over and takes the chart out of my hand and states he needs it for another customer! Huh? WTH just happened???
I immediately walked out a drove a quarter mile to Bond Jewelers. Where the ladies were nice, helpful, and sincere. I bought for both my wife and daughter for Valentines Day.
And, no, I'm not affiliated with Bond in any way, shape, or form. Just a normal consumer who expects respect and true concern for my needs regarding jewelry for my loved ones.
