I actually really like watches and grant always has helped me with knowledge and answered any questions I've had.. he is a great help. Very very bad from the service I got 3 years back from Johnston jewelers about my watch strap and battery and I went to Arnold jewelers 2 miles down the road and they did everything correctly and properly and I am still doing business with them. I am still never going to do business again with Johnston jewelers as these guys have no skills and they offended and insulted me for no reason. Enjoy the concept of disrespecting me terribly as we are disrespecting you back yay

Impressive! Being consistently greeted by a knoweledgable staff gives you a sense of sincere professionals but it has been my pleasure to realize the craftsmanship of Doug designing unique bezels and accents for my Atocha coins. Its nice to be impressed by his expertise and craftmanship. Thank you

I went and saw Grant after I saw the TV commercial and he really hooked me up with an amazing diamond ring for my 1-Year wedding anniversary. My wife is so happy and it was the perfect idea and gift for her... thank you Grant Johnston and Your great team!

I just left this jeweler moments ago. I am astounded because they replaced a lost stone in my ring in just moments. It looks exactly like the lost stone. I will return without a doubt.
