I purchased a G-Shock Watch on 02/15/2017. It is 320.00 plus tax. It has a 30 day return policy. I went back today 02/17/2017 at the Kroger's on Hwy 27 in Carrollton GA. The watch is nice it has the lighter numbers on the black display behind the analog. I struggle to see them and wanted to exchange it for the same watch with the light back ground. They would not let me do it. They said that the return policy only applies to watches that have not been worn. 1st of all I was wanting to exchange it for another watch. 2nd of all it does not state that on their paper work any where. The Man that sold me the watch was not there he was respectful and polite, This woman Mandy was. She pissed me off. I refuse to purchase anything else from FRED MEYERS JEWELERS any where. I have exchanged watches in the past for different reasons. I have never been told this. They do not honor their own return policy. THE WATCH IS BRAND DAMN NEW! NOT LIKE I WAS TRYING TO GET A REFUND. I CANT SEE THE DAMN NUMBERS SO WELL. I'm also a disabled Combat veteran and I still try to work hard and I wanted something that would not be destroyed so easily. I don't have that kind of money to throw around. Now I'm stuck with a watch I have a hard time seeing the digital numbers on. A--HOLES!!!!?
