Purchased my watch at this store in 2013. Unfortunately the clip broke and no jewelers in Australia could fix it. Took it in and Beth (Manager) arranged to send it to their workshop for repair quoted $50 which was fine by me. Watch returned within 48 hours, new clip, cleaned and new battery. Now the surprise Beth advised all done at NO CHARGE. We were taken aback consumer service like this is rarely seen these days. Highly recommend this business, thanks Beth.
