This is my second purchase with this location and everything was done over the phone. I live in SA and the Chanel here has a long waiting list. The first purchase I dealt with the manager and the second with Mai. They both made the transaction very easy and my purchase was FedEx and I had it in two days. They were extremely helpful and text me pictures of the different options in the style I was looking for. Hands down the best customer service. I will continue to purchase my handbags from this location.

If you come here you must ask for Mai Cepeda, she is hands down the best sales person I've ever met in my 30 years of life. Let me tell you, I literally looked like a homeless person, just got off a plane rolled into here after trekking all over the beach, had a hole in my shirt and dirt on my jean shorts and she greeted me like I was the queen on England with a friendly smile and no uppity attitude like most other sales people at Chanel. Usually when I walk into Chanel looking like I did, no one offers to help me unless I ask and even then they usually reluctantly help me or not so nicely tell me I probably can't afford it. She not only made me feel comfortable but also went out of her way to look for a limited run bag I've been looking for everywhere in NYC. I honestly can't say enough NCOs things about her and this store. They also carry a ton of inventory so a lot of bags that are sold out everywhere else this store will have it.
