This location has the absolute worst customer service. The manager is not polite whatsoever. Refused to help on a simple watch battery replacement due to the fact that it was not purchased at their location. Never coming back here again

They sold us a wedding band they shouldn’t have and unfortunately had to buy another band! This location they are not very helpful and not knowledgeable at all. ROSEMONT on the other hand is surprisingly knowledgeable and very helpful and because of them we were able to get the right band. Also Woodfield it seems like they don’t want to be there and they just don’t seem to know much of anything. So if you want to save money in the long run I advise to get get everything you need at Rosemont or at least ask them the questions and give you the correct advice!

The jeweler at this location is incredible. He fixed the really sad/embarrassing soldering job that the initial jeweler did via the the Helzberg Oak Brook location - the band had pitted markings from the tools and the gold was streatch so thin, it looked very unfinished and as though the jeweler maybe was distracted and placed my ring in the completed pile a bit too soon. Thanks to the Helzberg Woodfield jeweler, my engagement ring and wedding band look better now than the day I got married and owe it all to this guy and his amazing craftsmanship! I wish he was still onsite when I went to pick my ring up my ring this evening so I could thank him personally.
