Saw jewelry store close to where I was working and stopped by to look at engagement and wedding rings. Annette went out of her way to help design the ring of my dreams! The service was personalized, attentive, and delivery was quick. Reasonable prices. Very satisfied!

I love this jewelry store! They custom made my husband’s wedding band and it was absolute perfection! I returned today to find a christening necklace for a godchild and once again left with a beautiful piece. Well priced and quality you can’t find elsewhere. It’s family owned and you can tell they put pride in their work! I rarely write reviews, but I definitely believe it is well deserved here.

First time at WA Jewelers and I will definitely be back. They adjusted the braclet on my watch and it fits perfectly. The service was excellent and fast.

I am writing this review for my boyfriend Wojciech. He’s a highlander from Podczerwone Poland who uses the internet very little and does not participate in any social media.(but this is all him) He believes and I agree that shopping for fine jewelry at a department store or on the internet is just not a good idea. In fact, FYI, I have never been in this local business but plan to stop in this week. Anyway, we both feel it’s so important to share with others when we find positive experiences with a small local business thats we can support and enjoy a pleasant experience to shop that allows us to keep our money in our neighborhoods / communities and all the overall Benifits and sweetness to be enjoyed having small local businesses. As Burbank residents, we are both very loyal to a growing handful of our area local businesses knowing the value of high quality, unique, custom and/ handmade products from trusted local businesses that provides professional, exceptional service, where you get a positively friendly welcoming experience leaving you knowing your business is appreciated and feel like your doing business with new friends. Well that’s what Wojciech experienced from the moment he stepped into W.A.Jewelrys. He loved that they remembered him a whole year later when he went for another gift for lucky me. I’ve remember I received so many compliments on The beautiful chain and pendant which was his first purchase. It’s unique and beautiful, I’m guessing it’s their own designs, but I’m not sur. When I visit, I hope to meet the woman that helped him and remembered him and his purchase a year later as he went for his next gift to me. I look forward visiting and shopping here to see all they offer and shop for him. I use to work in the jewelry industry So I have a little more knowledge but I know he’s looked and purchased elsewhere in the past and he feels they gave him very fair pricing. So I will do my own review after I visit but on this is hisreview I’m just doing it in his behalf. So yes he would highly recommend shopping here. SO GIVE THEM A VISIT, ITS ALWAYS GREAT TO SUPPORT OUR LOCAL SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS KEEPING MONEY FLOWING IN OUR COMMUNITY AND MAKING YOUR SHOPPING POSITIVE AND MORE PERSONAL EXPERIENCE.
