Kevin Smith was absolutely fantastic. He was positive and energetic and excited to work with us right when we came in. He was great at communicating with me and answered all the questions I had. He was interested in my life and truly understands how big of a moment purchasing an engagement ring is. Bremer was the first place we looked and there was no doubt in our mind that it was the place we wanted to get the ring from due to Kevin. He understood the price range I was looking for and thoroughly explained the paying process to me.

I love the line of jewelry that bremers offers. The staff is great! Very personable and respectful. Since the first time I walked in the door, they have remembered me and worked with me and been great.

I went in the store to have a watch worked on. Alex was such a great help. He took care of my problems, created a very welcoming environment, and had me out the door in a timely fashion very pleased with the service. Bremer Jewelry and Alex are the best in the business and I will be returning with all of my jewelry needs. 10/10 because 5/5 isn’t enough!

Kevin helped my husband and I with engagement rings over a year ago and then helped us pick out our wedding bands a few months ago. He did an incredible job making us feel comfortable and finding us the rings of our dreams. When my husband first told me we were going to look at Bremer, I was worried about our budget, but Kevin was accommodating (without being pushy) and helped us find perfect rings within our budget. We both left engagement ring shopping thinking "Wow, we want to give them our business" because everyone was so kind and helpful. Going to other jewelers in Peoria just didn't give us the same experience. It seemed like Kevin genuinely wanted to get to know us over the course of the last year. From getting my rings sized and soldered to having my husband's ring engraved, everyone we have worked with at Bremer has been fantastic.
