Great customer service. Went to have my Hublot adjusted and they were more than helpful and fixed it on the spot. Thank you for you prompt service. Mike S.

My wife's sister wanted a special watch in Korea that has a six month wait list. The dealer didn't even have a sample to show her. So I told her to forget about it. Instead, I came to Merry Richards which has a stellar reputation as a resourceful jeweler. Long story short, in about a week. Not only were they able to get me that specific watch, and showed me many others, they gave me a honest price which is a better deal than in Korea. Knowing my wife had to leave for Korea in the next day, they somehow managed to get a overnight delivery arriving before we needed to leave for the airport. Now, this is what you called amazing service!

My Fiance and I came to Merry Richards based on a recommendation from a friend. Upon arriving, we were warmly greeted by Scott and Laura, the latter became our personal consultant. Previous to Merry Richards, we had visited several national chain jewelers but did not enjoy the visits due to pushy sales tactics and did not get a chance to fall in love with a ring. Scott and Laura were very patient and educated us on the fine points of grading a diamond. They spent several hours with us evaluating rings, settings and diamonds without ever pushing us towards a sale. We decided to design the ring using advice from our visit. After our consultation, Laura sent us a CAD drawing from their designers and we agreed to proceed. To keep the proposal a surprise, Scott even helped me fib to my fiance and delivered the ring without my fiance ever knowing. We have since gone back for our wedding bands. Laura did the same and helped my fiance design her band and me pick out my band. Fantastic service and personalization all around. We will definitely be going back for our future jewelry needs.

Would've shopped elsewhere if I knew what I was getting into. My fiance liked Tacori rings and Merry Richard's had competitive prices on diamonds and was a Tacori dealer. I ordered a ring and had multiple issues. Mainly (as you can see from attached photos), the diamond was mounted crooked. The ring was shipped to me and I immediately brought it into the store. The worker and their jeweler thought it was fine. Finally the owner saw it and agreed with me. We sent it back to tacori for repair of the crooked mount and misshapen prongs (not v-shaped). I specifically talked to Merry Richard's again stating that I wanted the orientation/crookedness corrected. They gave the ring back to my fiance crooked. We brought he ring back in for a second time and they had to send it for repair a second time. In all, I received a ring with a crooked diamond, incorrect prongs, and had to send the ring back multiple times which took several weeks each time. The store worker and jeweler flat out lied to me - stating they thought it was oriented correctly. In total, my fiance went well over a month without her ring as it had to be sent back multiple times, and I had to break the news to her that it would require repair soon after I gave it to her. I'd much rather have paid more elsewhere. After this review (Nearly a year later....), Merry Richards offered me a gift card. They deleted the photos in my review and I've re-uploaded them.

Got a custom engagement ring at Merry Richards in January 2015. I looked around at multiple places (different cities too) and Scott gave me the best price for the diamond. I worked with Margaret to design the ring. I had a particular design in mind and sent Margaret some pictures, and she went to designing the ring in AutoCAD. My only complaint was that after each design iteration (and there were quite a few), Margaret emphasized how 'beautiful' and 'perfect' she thought the AutoCAD design was, but it came off to me as 'please be happy with it so we can move on'. Felt a little unwelcome and rushed. On the positive side, she gave me a few practical/utility suggestions to modify the design, some of which I took. Margaret really knows her stuff. Since I don't live in the area, they sent wax molds in the mail for me to review. In the end, I was happy with the ring and my fiancée loved it. TL;DR - Jan '15, excellent price, good customer service, and knowledgeable salespeople, but felt a little rushed. Happy with the final product. 4.5/5
