Always been very helpful and friendly, been shopping at Rogers for 8 years and have never had a problem. Their warranty is great they've replaced a stone in my wife's ring free of charge and are always pleased to clean and Inspect it for free. Great place, great products!

Roger’s Jewelers – West Des Moines My wife, then fiancée, purchased a sapphire and diamond wrap for her engagement ring about seven years ago. It was beautiful. Like most rings, they may lose a stone or they may need to have some minor maintenance done. Fast-forward to 2017. The ring continued to lose stones from the wrap. We sent it in for repair and no longer have the wrap. I know you are reading, why would they not have the wrap anymore? Did they lose it? Was it stolen? Simply put. Roger’s Jewelers as a franchise is inept. The store management is inept. And the district manager is inept. The wrap was repaired THREE times in six months. Stones did not match. So we sent it back. Following that repair, the diamond from the solitaire ring was loose following a repair. So we sent it back. A sapphire stone was scratched when it was sent back to us. After being told by inept management that there was no way it was, and it was personally inspected by her. A few photos changed her mind. We waited another SIX WEEKS to hear back on if there were the same style wrap available. There were two. But following discussion and the disappointment, we opted for a full refund and exchange. ANOTHER SIX WEEKS and broken promises of the ring being shipped to us, we were missing the solitaire diamond ring that was purchased at another store. I was on the phone for literally FIVE HOURS with the store, district manager, and corporate to get the ring sent. Fast forward to today… SEVEN MONTHS after the original repair ticket… the check was not request. The check was not sent. Another two phone calls to the district manager, an email to the district manager, and FOUR phone calls to corporate… still waiting. I have left a total of FIVE UNANSWERED voice mails with Rogers-Andrews-Schubach-Samuels Diamonds in the last seven months. And we are out a ring, money, and vacant of a sentiment that they sell. Let’s face it. You are not buying a diamond because it’s a diamond, you are buying sentiment. A statement of love. Rogers took that away from our family. Never have I ever felt so frustrated with a company in my 33 years on Earth. No company or people have ever disrespected myself and my family like this. Shop somewhere else. F-.

Workers have always been very friendly, welcoming, and assuring that the items purchased, cleaned, and taken in to get repaired will be very well taken care of. Wouldn't want to go any place else to purchase jewelry!
