My boyfriend went in to get me a gift card. I only asked him for money towards what i wanted. The sales person was very rude to him. She said you can't buy anything for $160 from there which is what the gift card was for. She said why doesn't he be a good boyfriend and buy his girlfriend something instead of being cheap and getting just a $160 gift card. She said this a number of times before she finally gave him the gift card. I work in retail also and i know what customer service should be and this was not it. They need better training at this store on how to talk to customers.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!! My boyfriend and I were shopping for my birthday gift and walked into Kay 7/20/17 around 8:30 pm. A lady walked up to us without greeting us and said do you have a Kay card I said no thank you, then she stated give me your id and i will do the application. I again said no thank you I would like to look before i decide if financing is needed. She then again said we like to pre-qualify you before you look. I said I will take my business elsewhere and the girl said fine be rude and told all the other customers in the store that I was rude. I then said to her rude is being judgemental of someone who walks in your store to assume i automatically need financing. Never again will i go to this location!!!!

The staff are extremely helpful and I really feel like I got the best deal possible for my engagement jewelry. Best thing too is I purchased several rings in April and found that they were having a huge sale in May. I brought my receipt to them and they gave me the 30% discount on the rings that weren't already on sale for more than 30%. So basically, they're awesome.

Just horrible. Uninformed and deceiving sales people. Not to be trusted. Will never return. So disappointed in Kay. Wish I could speak to corporate but always blown off. Ruined my engagement.
