I have been going to this store for over 14 years. Have never received anything other than top professional service. Friendly and very informative. When I didn’t have my paper work for an inspection they always found me they always offer to check any other jewelry I might have on at that time for no charge and cleaning. Even if other jewelry is not from their store. Great service,great store!

It seems nowadays, great customer service is hard to come by, but both Wendy and David have exceeded my expectations! Since my first phone call inquiring on a product to the delivery of the item, I have been impressed by Wendy and David’s time-management, professionalism, and customer service skills. As a matter of fact, every time I went into the store I was politely greeted and assisted by several different members of the sales staff, what seems to be effortlessly - they are naturals! This store earns my highest, heartfelt review and recommendation.

Very unprofessional! Went to this location with my receipt of my name and ring information for my cleaning and checking lifetime guarantee, I even showed my driver license to show them it was my ring and the account was under my husband and mines name. They refused to help us. I even asked them If I can have an original receipt of purchase for our records since we moved and lost alot of stuff. We even found the sale information about the ring and presented it to them when they gave it to my husband, they kept refusing us. I asked to speak to the manager and she kept telling us no and told us to leave. We weren't even being loud nor disrespectful. This treatment was disgusting! What is really interesting is I worked at another location of your store and I know the procedure on not only customer service but how and what to do when a customer comes in for the service and they provide the documentation. In our defense, we brought more than just the receipt on the lifetime warrantee. This location fails at being professional. A pawn shop has better customer service
