Friendly and helpful staff. I always ask a lot of questions and they never have a problem getting me the answers. I buy my jewelry from here as well as get my older jewelry serviced/repaired by them including resized if necessary. If I need something by a certain date, they have done everything to accommodate as best as possible.

I went in to sell some old jewelry. The lady that helped me was SO nice and helpful. Plus they have a ton of cool things besides jewelry like Vera Bradley stuff and I think the lady working there said the owners wife is the one that sells Trade of Hope. Tons of cool stuff to look at!

Unkind staff - they act annoyed whenever you walk in the door. It’s too bad they can’t provide a better human to human experience.

They have awful customer service; basically every interaction with them has been unpleasant. They all act half annoyed every time you go in, even if it is to purchase something. Five weeks ago, I attempted to order the matching wedding band to my engagement ring that my fiance had bought through Roger's Jewelers. They wouldn't even show me what it looked like and when I asked for a description of it, the jeweler simply said, "it matches". I was told then that my band would be ordered and I would pay when it got in, 2-3 weeks later. I finally called 5 weeks later just to find out it hadn't been ordered and they require payment upfront, which I asked about and was willing to do 5 weeks prior. We wanted to support this Big Rapids business even though we don't live there anymore, because its our hometown and where our parents have always shopped, but we won't again.
