I've known the Koueiters since the early 80s when they were neighbors of ours at their original location on Mack Ave. Service and pricing have always proven to be exemplary, and it has always felt like family when I've visited. Highly recommended!

Alright well, My wife and I went to this jeweler to purchase an engagement ring last year and purchased a tacori ring. Her and I had no idea about the price tag about rings and wanted to deal with someone we can trust. Anywho, now that it's been a year and we wanted to get something newer and better, we find out that we were completely ripped off. Ordering this ring directly from the tacori website would've been $2,000 cheaper! We were also told the diamond was new and found that it was made in 2012. The GIA cert was also nowhere to be found in the original paperwork (had to go somewhere and have it read off the diamond). Also, he said that he no longer deals with tacori, so he said he was giving us a VERY good deal. With said, I no longer trust this jeweler and wouldn't recommend anyone go there.

I can't say enough about this jewelry store. The owners are kind, knowledgeable and very gracious to their customers. George designed and made a new ring for me out of my 37--year-old wedding ring, and I am absolutely delighted with it!
