Kind of upset with the service I received today. I came in maybe two or three weeks ago for my fiance's wedding ring and had some of the best service ive ever recieved at a jewelry store. Our visit was filled with funny stories, she helped us understand different materials and how they can be sized or can't be, she helped us not only save hundreds but also in a way that would help our credit. Needless to say this girl deserves a raise, she was amazing! So now here we are today and I go to pick up the ring for my fiance. Things went well, I got his ring but I was taken care of by a completely different person and that didnt go so well. The ring was perfect, perfect fit, and put a huge smile on my face. Well that nudged me to shop for a ring for my step daughter and friend, i still had funds available and since his ring turned out so nice why not? Well the lady now taking care of me this time was not very talkative and strictly business. This was a completely different visit then last time. I found a lot of rings I loved and in my price range but I was missing the opinion of the person i was getting it for so I was thinking of just coming back next weekend. As soon as I said those words the glass was closed locked and she was on to talking to the next customer as if I was never there. I was not done looking..I had questions..I wanted to look at necklaces for myself for the wedding and yet because I wanted to wait until Saturday for the ring i was looking at and not making a instant buy i was thrown aside. Complete disrespect on her side. I'm glad I already got his wedding ring and I can wipe my hands of this place now. I WILL NOT be buying anything else from here. Today lost my business completely.

I went into this Kay's location to have my engagement ring cleaned before our photos. I was very pleased with the outcome! Never has my ring been so clean or sparkly, it looked brand new! I've gotten my ring cleaned at various other Kay's and they didn't give it enough attention as the Partridge Creek employee did. I appreciate it and will be returning for future cleanings!

This store uses deceitful wording in their return policies, and has very poor customer service. The jewelry they sell is over priced and poor quality. When things fall apart, they prefer to continue to exchange items with the same faulty merchandise, not caring about the person purchasing this stuff or how many times they may have to return it, when they know there have been many of the same items returned due breakage after normal use. This store cares about one thing-making money, not the customer's satisfaction-I will never purchase another item from Kay Jewelers.

Bought 2 items of jewelery from this store. The first was a charm bracelet which I've had to replace three times. Most recently purchased a small diamond ring for my girlfriend for Christmas. One of the accent diamonds fell out after three days of wearing it. Went to return the ring and replace the bracelet with a lobster clasp and they refused to exchange the bracelet. When they openly admitted that the clasp bracelets were faulty and having numerous issues, I promptly asked for a full refund on the ring so I could take my business elsewhere. They refused to do so. I took my business to Pandora within the hour, got a nice new bracelet. I'll be going to a local family owned jeweler for any future purchases. I would never shop here again even if they were giving away free jewels. I'd expect that quality of jewelery from Walmart.
