Only giving this place 4 stars because I love my rose gold engagement ring my husband purchased but they could use some work on their customer service. My ring is a little big and I was rudely told that it will take 4-6 weeks before I would get it back. Like how you mad at the fact that i'm calling to obtain info on something I purchased. Even though I have the warranty, I will be taking my ring to Jared where it will take a week or 2. 4-6 weeks is just to long smh.

I brought my rings in for inspection and they were sent out for repair. My wedding band was lost. The employee I picked the rings up from tried to say I only dropped the engagement ring off. Luckily their records showed the band was returned to the store. A week later my wedding band was found on the floor by a step stool, it had fallen out of the bag. I have lost all confidence in this location and unfortunately it is the only one within a 50 mile radius so I have to continue to deal with them to keep my warranty. If not for that I would not return.

My partner and I had a wonderful experience at Roger and Hollands in Livonia mall. The staff did a great job working with us on finding the perfect rings for the both of us. I highly recommend this location.

Saleswoman 👩‍💼 used inaccurate information and high pressure sales tactics in order to bully her way into a purchase from us (which she did not get. After shopping around, prices here are very high and it is an unpleasant shopping experience.

I don't often rely on online reviews because I think only unhappy customers do these things and it may not reflect the satisfied customers who went along their merry way. However, I simply had to share my experience. I went in this store today and was floored by the poor customer service. I have been going to jewelery stores like clockwork and this, by far, was my worst experience. The salesperson did not greet me. She did not even stand up from her chair. She certainly didn't smile. She just sat there, staring at me. I told her what I was looking for and she pointed to the case. I would ask to see something, and she would hand it to me, without commentary. She never asked me any questions, suggestions, price range, anything. When you're making a high end purchase, the last thing you want is a salesperson who is not conversing with you. I drove all the way to Livonia because I thought this was a strong brand name retailer. Terrible mistake! Luckily I stayed in the mall and ventured upon MJ Diamonds. They were excellent, so the trip was not a total waste.
