Denise was the most helpful and friendly sales person, I have met in a long time. She wasn't pushy at all. Described what I wanted and she showed us that it no pressure. Great place to go

I had an issue with my wedding ring and the staff at Carroll Ochs were great to explain what was wrong and needed to be done. I was unsure of sending my ring away and was extremely happy to find out that they do repairs on site! They were able to fix it in less time than they thought. It looks just as beautiful as the day we got married. Thank you so much!!!

Knowledgeable and caring, they provided excellent advice on a diamond purchase and outstanding repair to an antique ring. I highly recommend Carroll/Ochs Jewelers!

My fiance and I love this store and the individuals who work here. They are very professional and extremly helpful. We have been in the store a few times now for purchases, ring size changes, etc. and every time they are super nice, patient and very helpful. We wouldn't even think of going anywher else in the future.
