Great customer service. They were very candid and helpful.

Worst customer service at the Macomb Mall facility! Rude salespersons, and they did not deliver as promised. I was forced to get married without rings.

I bought a pandora bracelet from here and one of the stones fell out of the heart clamp. Luckily after that happened, I was able to take my bracelet back to the store, and get a new one. What awesome customer service:) I would recommend if you want to buy a pandora bracelet and get a warranty (If I had one). Thank you!!

Wish there was something less then one star the customer service was flat out disgusting I wish that I would have just gotten a ring out of those quarter machines then have walked into this store

I bought a bracelet from them for my best friend for Christmas. She was right next to me when I bought it. I was never asked for a name or any information but was assured that there was a warranty as long as I had the receipt for 6 months and a year warranty through Alex and Ani. So when the charm broke after less than 2 months and we were told that they weren't going to fix it or replace it, I was less than happy. The service is lackluster when I bought the bracelet which should have been a warning. The sales girl was rude telling me that the line started a few feet behind me in a condescending tone. I am an adult I know where the line is. I was looking to see if they even had what I wanted. Just save yourself the trouble and go to Partridge Creek for your Alex and Ani fix. I know I will be.
