We have known James and his staff for awhile now. His staff is friendly and very helpful. He has so many beautiful pieces of jewelry on display in his store. I recently lost a cross that meant a lot to me. James duplicated a new cross for me. It turned out Amazing, just like the one I lost. James is truly an artist. He is honest and will help you to design a one of a kind piece for you or someone dear to you. I would not be comfortable going to anyone else. One of my favorite places to go.

James listens and uses his skill and creativity to create stunning pieces of art. His store is filled with beautiful wonders, and he is a kind and patient craftsman able to turn what you imagine you want into what you'll always want to wear. Personally, I can't stop staring at the ring he made that's now on my finger....go see for yourself.

We couldn’t be happier with my new wedding ring set that James helped to create for us! His knowledge, vision, and pleasant personality, along with a wonderful staff all worked together for a very fun and positive experience. We will definitely recommend him to our friends and family for any jewelry needs.

The best experience ever! James jewelry store was stocked full of beautiful items with varing price points and the customer service was excellent. The custom pieces were fantastic. I had a specific piece I wanted and James helped me pick the setting and the stones and completed it within an hour. Amazingly easy and fun

After looking at numerous other places in the area to get our wedding rings, we finally stumbled into the James C. Smith jewelry shop on a Sunday morning, and could tell right away that they had the kind of unique designs and styles we were looking for. The woman watching the store that day - Rachel - was absolutely awesome. She gave us a friendly hello, and then let us take a look around at our own pace (no high-pressure sales pitch at this place; it's very chill.) She was so helpful as we looked at the possibilities for our rings; she gave us great tips and suggestions without being pushy or presumptuous, and was almost as excited as we were when we found what we really liked. She seemed really focused on helping us find what WE wanted, and she wasn't even flustered when the power in the store totally went out from a passing thunderstorm, and they had to lock the doors to keep the store safe. A few days later, James Smith himself sat down with me to hone in on the final design of our rings, showing me the possible tweaks he could do. And when we came to pick the rings up, we got to meet the person who actually casted them (her name was Allison, if I remember right) which was really cool, so we could thank her personally. We love the rings, and love the way they do business. We would highly recommend them.
