1) Items in cases not marked properly to reflect sales or offer. Example: as a Zales card holder you receive coupons in the mail obviously with restrictions. My wife and I attempted to purchase two items that exceeded the minimum use requirement. Upon presentation and attempt to use the coupon offer ($100 off of $299 purchase) we were told one of the items did not qualify due to its existing sale price. We chose a second item that fit into the offer requirements then we were told the second item (told to us as being clearance) didn't qualify. The coupon clearly states clearance items are included. 2) DO NOT use the Zales/Comiety Bank credit card. If you make a payment it takes 7 days to process (even though the money is instantly taken and credited). This affects what and when you can buy for 7 days. When you make a normal payment this information is not told to you. The staff attempted to resolve the coupon issue. I relented on the coupon offer as I had already spent a half hour just trying to reach a point to make the purchase and to find "qualifying" items. The staff attempted to resolve my card issue and called the card provider. The card provider denied the payment without discussion to me nor offered a reason. Upon calling Comiety Bank they stated that even though my payment was accepted and credited, it takes them 7 days to process the payment and allow transactions to be processed. I am not even remotely close to my limit. Pathetic.

Interior was clean and well organized. All the staff were professional, personable, and extremely courteous. Throughout the process the staff maintained a positive and genuine demeanor that is increasingly rare to find. This experience will keep us as loyal customers. Staff, appearance, and affordability is truly among the best for the area considered.

Worst customer service I've received in a while. I haven't even picked up my ring, but the representative I spoke with today was rude to say the least. I believe her name is Sabrina. First she called and I excitedly picked up the phone when Zales showed up on my caller ID. She asks for Jennifer, that's not my name. I tell her that, to which she replies oh. I then explain that I gotvall excited because I am actually expecting to get a call about my ring. Her response "oh". And then the phone goes dead. I called back because I thought it was too much of a coincidence and wanted to make sure my ring wasn't just sitting there. Sure enough, it was there. It sounded like I was talking to the same person, and even after explaining what happened earlier, all she had to say was " Well the ring is here, and that's the only reason you would've gotten a call so..." How rude. No apology, no explaination, its just whatever, just come get your ring. I will go pick up my ring, but I will NOT be back.

Went in for a periodic inspection and maintenance for my wedding ring. Results were incredibly satisfying. Staff was very nice and truly seemed to care about my ring as much as I do. Great experience of overall.
