We visited Paramount Jewelers in March to look at engagement rings so I could get an idea of what I wanted. Mark was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in answering all of my questions. My fiancé ultimately ended up having a custom ring designed, and Mark did an EXCELLENT job creating my dream ring. I could not be any happier!

Paramount has been our family's jeweler for two generations now, and we wouldn't have it any other way. Not only do they have impeccable customer service, but they also have a wide variety of jewelry to fit every budget. They are also THE BEST in custom made pieces! We will never buy from anyone else!

Went into this place two weeks ago and took my two bands and wedding ring and my husbands band to be resized and re-dipped. When we dropped off the rings everything went great. It took 6 days for all the work to be done. My husbands ring seemed a little smaller but he was fine with it. My rings however looked rough. One of my bands had a crack all the way through where they added gold to make the ring bigger. So they said they would send that back to be repaired. It took another 6 days for that ring to be repaired. Where they tried to fix the crack the ring is flat instead of round and you can visibly see where they fixed the problem. But in the end they just made another problem. The guys were nice but I will now find another place to fix my rings. :/. I love supporting local businesses but this isn't a business I'll support in the future.

I went on line to search jewelry repair. Paramount appeared. Close by. Called to confirm the were open and they did in fact repair jewelry. Yes, and longer hours today for small business Saturday. They also told me where I would find parking. Upon arrival went straight to information center where I announced I had jewelry for repair. The repair person looked up and we confirmed we knew each other. The gentlemen who initially serviced me said. Well why don't you work with Rob. So I did. He looked at all pieces, gave me quotes or told me where I could have fixed better than he could. Put everything in plastic bags (including the ones I was taking somewhere else). He fixed what a could on the spot and I will go back in a week to pick up balance. I had a chance to view the balance of their showcases. There are a few things I am interested in. You can't beat convenience and good service.

I have always been impressed with the selection that Paul has at Paramount Jewelers. They have a collection of pearl, opal and ruby pieces that are truly breathtaking. They are an exclusive dealer of Tisot watches in St. Louis.
