A very slick and efficient shopping experience. I purchased three items for my wife, for Valentine's Day, anniversary and birthday. Two silver pendant necklaces and a bracelet to match one of the necklaces and the earrings I bought her previously. All items were delivered within 48 hours, well packed and beautifully gift wrapped for no extra charge. Each item has a small description inside the box explaining the meaning and inspiration behind the design, which is a lovely touch when choosing a gift for someone special. All three items are very well made and beautifully presented, and the website is easy to use with a massive range of jewellery gift ideas, so I have no hesitation in recommending Muru as a company. Very impressed.

Probably the best customer service I've ever experienced! Ruby helped fix something for me, and even sent me pics of a new necklace I'd heard about before it was on their website. Will continue to buy from them!

My order from MURU arrived very quickly. The Pisces gold pendant (Although smaller than anticipated) was very ‘classy’ and beautifully presented and wrapped. I’m sure my granddaughter will be delighted - it is for her 18th birthday.

The service from Muru jewellery was excellent, quick, efficient and fast delivery. The product ( a pair of earrings) was delightful and wrapped beautifully.
