I have been visiting this location for the past year since moving to Hackensack, I’ve had numerous batteries installed, watch bands adjusted, jewelry repaired and even brought wedding rings and bands. The service has always been exceptional !!! Louie is the best and makes every visit a personal one, this is the first jeweler that I have visited that I don’t feel like I’ve been taking advantage of. I highly recommend them and I won’t be shopping anywhere else.

Searched for a local jeweler and found James Diamond. Had a couple of small things done without issue. Went back to have batteries changed on 7 watches. Louie was very accommodating and helpful. Went above and beyond my requests for specific batteries. Will definitely keep going back for all my jewelry needs.

Great prices on Jewelry & repairs...Louis, the owner, is always congenial and helpful... I just sent my friend and who is getting a beautiful custom piece designed here. The store has a nice offering of jewelry, watches, and one-of-a-kind items for yourself or for gifts.

I lost the Ruby in a ring that once belonged to my mother in law's mom, she gave it to me as a gift. I was heartbroken over it. James Diamond Jewelers was recommended to me. He not only fixed it, he made it look even prettier! I am beyond happy with his amazing work and his price was really fair!
