This place is my one and only go to place for jewelry or repairs...the whole staff give you a warm welcome and treat you special no matter if you are coming in for battery watch or diamond ring..they just did a beautiful job repairing a ring that I gave my wife over 35 years ago....they went above and beyond and made it look brand new.......Great job to everyone

Great experience. Lenny and all of his staff are easy to talk to and are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They all worked hard to create exactly what I wanted. They went the extra mile in their craftsmanship as well.

I'm very disappointed in the owner of J.T. Thomas purchased a diamond ring setting for 9,700 in 12/14 in Flanders store which closed a year later. now needing to travel to Sparta. I feel I have incurred a lot of maintenance and charges to this ring in the last 4 years. I felt he did not listen to my complaints and was told he could not make me happy and not to come back! With that kind of customer service & treatment I don't & will not recommend to any one. Since I have been to other Jewelry stores where they stand behind their settings if stones go missing in them they replace for free, and rhodium plating the ring the 1st time would have been free. I feel if he tried to understand my complaint on cost & maintance of a 18K setting he may have been able to sell me another setting. I was also going to purchase another design ring but he was quick to dismiss me and tell me not to return.
