This store honestly has some of the worst service I have ever received. Everytime I go to their location they have an issue looking up my engagement ring record. I have been to this location on three separate occasions and the people I deal with are never very welcoming or friendly. Today I went to have my ring inspected and it needs to be repaired since not one but two of the diamonds fell out. One of the employees looked at my ring under a microscope and tried to tell me that only one stone was missing. I had to show him where the second Stone was missing. I stood there for about 15 minutes waiting for them to pull up my ring record. On a separate occasion I went to this location to have my ring inspected as well as to have some watch links removed from a watch I had purchased. On the first visit they removed the links without an issue. When I went back at a later date to have a link put back in because the watch was too tight they told me they had to charge me a fee. They can't seem to keep their story straight and they are all around very unorganized. If you need to have any service done on your jewelry I would not recommend going to this location.

Recently purchased an anniversary band for my wife and myself. The jeweler was very nice and helpful picking out what I needed and is the preferred jeweler for when my mom comes in to get her jewelry serviced. Store was very nice and well laid out the only problem I had was the upselling of services that I didn't need for $200 gold bands.
