If I could I would give them a zero star rating.I went in to get my jewelry inspected,I told Cody that I didn't have any of the paper work and it's on my husband's card, but I'm on it as well. He proceeded to "update me in the system" then proceeded to tell me my husband has to update his info as well. A week later I received a charge card in the mail no paper work and my name spelled wrong. Cody signed me up for a card without me knowing. I tried calling Roxanne the distract manger for a little over 3 weeks have not received a call. I also tried calling Cody so they can try to work with me to get the card off my credit score, his response every time is he hasn't gotten an email back from his home office. The customer service is horrible, it's taking about a little of 3 weeks of me calling to get a 25 dollar gift card. I'm still waiting on a response from Roxanne and the "home office". I will not go to this store or buisness again! I suggest you stay far away as well.

I had a very bad time with an employee named "Sarah" I believe her name was. Why would she ask me who I voted for when I am looking for jewelry? When she did not like my response she got kind of nasty and short with me. I will not be shopping there again and have in mind to contact the manager and or Corporate.
