If I could give my experience 0 stars I would. I went in thinking that I would not have a problem getting my rings inspected and repaired at this store, WRONG. I was first lied to by the sales people, then had to call my original store to get clarification on the policy surrounding the repairs. I returned, for the repair that I wanted after getting clarification and was lied to again about the policy. My husband called and had to involve corporate, at which point this store put them on a 20 minute hold instead of trying to resolve the problem. Don't bother with this store. Most people only write reviews when they are mad but I have worked in customer service for 10 years and in jewelry for at least 3 of those years. This is not how any customer should be treated. I will be making a long trip to a store that has a good reputation and good people there to help their customers.

Awful. Assistant manager Heather was extremely manipulative and had me sign for a piece of jewelry saying I purchased it when I was told she was just putting it on hold (not to be purchased). I would never recommend this place to anyone. Ring buying should be exciting and happy and this is definitely not what you'll get at this location. Customer service however is wonderful.

Horrible. Horrible customer service. Had a ring sent in to be repaired - they sent it to the WRONG repair shop! It's October, they've had my ring since July.
