The staff are always knowledgeable and helpful. I really liked the new guy Matt who helped me search through some silver eagles, he was great to talk to and knows what he is doing. Thanks!

I have been to this store several times now each time spending around $100. The older man is always helpful and pleasant. The younger guy always seems to be a condescending little boy. As I'm spending my $100 this little boy constantly tries to push ridiculous mulit-thousand dollar sales. When you politely try to brush off those sales pitches he hits you with his catchphrase "hey I'm just trying to help you win man". It's hard to buy from someone that wants more more more more of your $$$$$ and just can't be happy with a simple sale.

Terrible experience!! Offered me 1/3 price for diamonds... I find this out 15 mins later, go back with the money they just handed me and they flipped out! They were claiming I was threatening them and it was odd. The old man freaked out they kicked me out of the store knowing they just ripped me off. Thank you to Colonie Police Dept for the great advice. STAY AWAY! This store is not only a scam, the staff are insanely rude and to be honest, weird. I hope the main corporation will see the garbage that works in the Colonie store.

I had a great experience with Saratoga coin. The staff was helpful and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to trade in old jewelry or coins.

I brought a box of jewelry and coins in to Olde Saratoga that I recently acquired. Two employees patiently went through all of the jewelry separating it out. They explained everything to me as they went along using an X-Ray machine to determine the quality of the gold and silver. I spent almost an hour there leaving with a large check and an education. My wife and I were very pleased with all aspects of the transaction. Knowledgeable and customer friendly. I would definitely recommend these people, especially Chris. Thank you Chris!
