I recently visited Gregg and Lori at Northeastern Fine Jewelry in search of the perfect Mother's Day gifts for my wife and mother in law. Once my daughter and i entered the store we were greeted as if we were royalty. The customer service was incredible. My daughter, who was there to assist, was offered a drink and cookies immediately. Lori made her feel like a million bucks. Lori took the time to show us at least 20-25 pieces. She was extremely informative, professional, and courteous. Once we made the purchases, they took the time to wrap each gift giving them the special touch that all mom's deserve. Our mother's day gifts were a huge hit with my wife and mother in law. My daughter and i would like to personally thank Gregg and Lori for this incredible experience. They made us feel like family, and I would never think of buying anywhere else. Please try them out and become part of the Northeastern Fine Jewelry family. 5 star service from 5 star folks..and the jewelry we bought was a 5 star hit with the 2 most important women in my life. Greg and his staff are great. The showroom is immaculate. While looking for an anniversary gift for my wife Greg spent time with my two boys keeping them occupied and they loved the homemade chocolate chip cookies he offered them. I thought it was a nice gesture to make them feel comfortable while we were there. The ring I purchased was priced what I was looking to spend and felt no pressure to spend more. I will return in the future.

Over fourteen years ago I purchased an engagement ring from Northeastern Fine Jewelry and last week I called upon the expert staff at Northeastern Fine Jewelry to assist me in picking out a Mother's day gift for my wife. Over a decade later, I have yet to find a jewelry story that provides the same no pressure and highly informative experience like that of Northeastern Fine Jewelry. While I have visited other jewelry stores over the years, I prefer the Northeastern experience (regardless of location) and will continue to make it my first stop because I value their approach to educating and appreciating their customers above all else.

I’ve been a loyal customer of NEFJ since my engagement and recently visited the Albany store with two intentions. The first was to get a Mother’s Day gift for my wife from our girls. I brought the kids into the store with an open mind and the staff was extremely helpful. They took the time to understand my wife’s style and what she likes and then helped us explore our options. Their customer service and attention to detail was top notch during our visit and the expression on my wife’s face when she opened the gifts from the kids proved that they helped us make the perfect selection. To top it off, they even gave us flowers and a certificate to brunch. The second intention was to help my mother re-size her fathers diamond ring that was handed down to her. This ring is very special to her and something she was reluctant to have leave her hands. She needed a place she could fully trust. Gregg and his staff put her at ease right away and made her feel very comfortable. They understood exactly what my mother wanted and needed and provided her with a great sense of security with her fathers precious ring. NEFJ isn’t just a high quality jewelry store, it’s a tailored customer service experience. This is why I don’t shop anywhere else for my jewelry needs.

Just had another fantastic shopping experience at Northeastern. It’s always a pleasure working with Greg and his knowledgeable staff. If you are looking for fine piece of Jewelry or adding a time piece to your collection their is no other place North of NYC to make that purchase. Fine Jewelry and superb “NO pressure” customer service. �
