Had a necklace break that was for my wife. They had it fixed and returned quickly... unfortunately the necklace broke again a few weeks later and we have to do the same thing again. Hopefully it will last longer or the necklace will be replaced instead of sent out for repairs

The man that helped us was very knowledgeable and friendly. Didn’t pressure us at all and overall wanted to make sure we got what we wanted

My ring needed to be sized. I did not leave an email address, only a phone number. Five days after the expected date I called and my ring was ready. I did not receive a call. I asked the girl at the counter why I had not been called and she said that they usually send an email. She told me that when there is no email, they expect the customer to call on the date the repair was due. Very poor customer service.

Worst diamond engagement ring shopping experience of my life and wish we would not have used Monroe LA store but found a store like this one! They understand customer service when spending thousands on Jewelry!

Bought the perfect necklace as a graduation gift two years ago with a protection plan. I asked at the time what happens if I don't have the warranty since it is a gift. I was told it would be under the name and ANY Kay's could look it up. Well, that's only if they RECORD the purchase and warranty. Guess what, nothing was listed under my name so the necklace that broke is NOT covered, they can fix it for a charge. I suggest the NEXT time anyone purchased from Kay's, watch them enter your information. Then go home and call them in three days to see if your items is actually listed. Very disappointing.
