We found Barbara Oliver after visiting several of the top rated jewellers in Buffalo. Barbara was the highest ranked and for good reason! She has a lot of experience working with Canadian customers. Her approach is professional yet warm and caring. She is an authentic person and earned our trust immediately. She is clearly an expert in her field and helped us pick the perfect diamond. She patiently and expertly guided us through the design process until we had the exact ring we envisioned. She managed expectations of what was possible to ensure the ring was structurally sound and of the highest quality. It is stunning and unique, and like nothing we've seen before or since. Barbara was very responsive and worked quickly to ensure we had the ring in time for a surprise proposal on our one year anniversary, which was much earlier than expected. She helped create the perfect engagement story to go along with the perfect, one-of-a-kind ring. Barbara was exceptional, a pleasure to work with and an incredibly skilled craftsman. She made our dream a reality and we couldn't be happier!

My experience with Barbara Oliver Jewelry was beyond my expectations! Recently, I visited Barbara with jewelry that I inherited from my mother. Though my mother’s jewelry was quite lovely, many were not to my personal taste or even size. I came to the shop not clear as to what I wanted to do with each piece and Barbara gently suggested some options for me to consider. I have four daughters that I would like to pass this jewelry down to and I believe without a doubt that each will be thrilled with the items Barbara has redesigned for them. No sentiment was lost in her creations! I was brought to tears when she presented me with a final recreation of my engagement ring to match my dear mother’s wedding band! Superb!!

Barbara and her staff did an amazing job with re-sizing my engagement ring. They truly make you feel like a priority and make you feel 100% comfortable trusting them with your engagement ring (and any other piece of jewelry). Her staff worked efficiently and I was only without my ring for 1 day. I will definitely be using her for my wedding bands as my upcoming wedding approaches! Would highly recommend her to anyone, regardless of their jewelry needs!

Had two pieces appraised here. While I was waiting they cleaned my engagement ring (that wasn’t being appraised) and then cleaned both pieces that I brought in to be appraised after the appraisals had been finished. One of the pieces lost two diamonds while being cleaned so they kept it, repaired it and contacted me when it was ready. Barbara and the associates who work with her were all very sweet and kind. I will be more than happy to refer and use them again for anything jewelry related!

Barbara sold my engagement ring to my fiancé. I met her when we went to get it re-sized and was impressed with her professionalism and genuine interest in her clients. When I damaged my ring and didn’t know what to do, she repaired it very quickly and beautifully. I went to her for my wedding band which is gorgeous and was reasonably priced and I will continue to go to her for any jewelry needs! Barbara is friendly and professional, has gotten all jewelry to me more quickly than expected after resizing or repairs, and has a beautiful selection. I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone! I can’t wait to let her keep decorating me!
