My fiance and I's experience at The Source to pick our engagement rings could not have been any better! Michelle was absolutely fantastic and professional throughout the entire experience. From the minute we walked in the door until when we left with our rings picked out, we were treated with nothing but respect. Michelle made our experience unique and special, which we appreciated a lot. Michelle is knowledgeable and very easy to work with. You can tell she loves what she does and she excels at customer service. The variety of rings to choose from was staggering, but Michelle helped narrow down my search so it was not overwhelming. We had such a fabulous experience at The Source and would recommend it highly to everybody!

Recently visited The Source to look at wedding bands. We worked with Karina and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. She helped us pick out exactly what we wanted and we were very happy with our purchase. Karina was great to work with and I would highly recommend this store!

The source jewelers are the best in Rochester. The owner was willing to work with us on picking the most perfect ring for my fiance . My sales team member Michelle was so sweet and kind and did not pressure us at all and just asked what we like and full filled and delivered. Anyone in the market for any type of quality jewelry you need to stop in and see the team and The Source.

Michelle was great to work with. She was very patient and helpful as I was looking for the perfect Pandora charm for mother’s day. She really helped me out by gift wrapping all three gifts. Great job!
