I loved their service and I loved how they treated me and my husband . My husband bought my wedding ring from here and I love it. I still get a lot of compliments on my ring. I Definitely recommend them.

I went to Cambridge to get an engagement ring for my fiancee. I didn't really like the service there the only great worker there is Bob. He's a great guy and very patient. The women there are suck I mean all of them.

The only person that helped at all was Alyssa the nice lady who sold my fiancee and I our wedding bands. Every time I've reached out to a manager to find out where our order is, they just blame her for it taking so long. I've been waiting to speak to the owner now since Monday and it seems he doesn't care at all. It's pathetic the way they have handled this.

I absolutely loved my experience with Cambridge Jewelers. Before getting engaged, my husband bought me a beautiful sapphire ring for my birthday. Then, my husband and I both got our engagement and wedding rings here. Following the wedding, I bought a gold ring for myself for when I don't want to wear my diamond ring. Every time I visit, I am greeted with a smile, and I love how the staff always recognizes me and my husband. They told me I could always stop by to get my rings cleaned, free of charge. I included the photos of the rings from our wedding day. (Credit to Ferrari Iris View Photography and Cress Flowers) I have recommended many people to Cambridge Jewelers and they've all been so happy. Happy shopping!

My husband completely surprised me when he proposed to me. He shopped here for the engagement ring. When he was shopping for it they were super nice, kissed his ass big time. When I went to get it resized it still was too big when I picked it up. Afterwards, the more I looked at my ring the more I realized the head (the main part that holds the big diamond) was crooked! So my mother in law went with me to show them so they of course could fix it. That's what I expected them to do bc that's how they sold the ring to my husband. The woman wouldn't even give me 2 minutes of her time. She said and I quote, "I don't know what you're talking about." But she didn't even LOOK at the ring!!! So needless to say we left, with our jaws hitting the ground bc we couldn't believe how rude she was, and never went back. Now I go to the best jewelery store in Long Island, Gennaro Jewelers in Bellmore. They really have been amazing. Anyway, Cambridge sucks. They really really really suck.
