Dont go there to sell gold or silver. Went there to sell silver coins they turned around and call the cops to ask if they are stolen."they are not stolen". Iv had them for 9 years so the cops come and pick them up to investigate now im out of my collection of coins and gold until the cops figure this all out and that could take weeks if not months. Dont go there very unprofessional and grimy.

Customer service was excellent and super helpful. From the start, a different watch expert working at another jewelry store in Ithaca recommended them as they did not have what I needed. It is always a good sign when competitors in the same industry are confident enough to make recommendations to another store. Schooley's team was very inviting and friendly from the start with an immediate greeting as soon as I walked through the door and then directed to the right person as soon as I said why i was there. The man who helped me was thorough and friendly. I received the information I needed about my new Apple Watch band and purchased a new one to replace it based on the logical recommendation made and hands on education I was given. I would absolutely recommend this place for their customer service alone without even diving into the details of the products expertise they have there.

Friendly service and good products. I have a Schooley's branded watch that I have been exceptionally satisfied with for many years.

This is a great family owned and run shop. I needed some work done to my watch. They not only met my expectations, but exceeded them. They're honest and straight forward and did the repair very quickly. Highly recommended. Big thanks to Schooley's.
