Marci was amazing to work with. She greeted us with a friendly smile and truly made our shopping experience one of a kind. Never once did we feel pressure to purchase. She knew diamonds inside and out you could tell she loves what she does! The manager and rest of the staff were also so welcoming and helpful. I’m so excited to have my dream ring and thankful we picked the right store! Thank you for making this one of the happiest times of my life!

Best customer service! No other jeweler was able to size my husband's original wedding band. They said they could do it and told me 3 weeks. I was excited because we have been trying to size it for years. They had it done in 3 days. The price they quoted was what we were asked to pay. Such excellent service and my husband is extremely happy.

Baileys is my go to place for jewelry and gifts. Even during the holiday rush customer service was impeccable! The staff is polite and friendly and gave me just as much attention over a small purchase as they do a big one. Did I mention the prices are the best in town? & a huge shout out to the top quality repair I recently had done on my wedding set! The repair was affordable, done quickly, and absolutely perfect!

Bailey’s Fine Jewelry makes you feel like you’re at home. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They treat you with respect and match your personal taste and budget. The quality of their jewelry is wonderful. I would highly recommend going here. Alyssa is who my fiancé bought my ring through and she is the sweetest.

Excellent experience from start to finish. We had custom rings made and the finished product is exceptional. Garret was a pleasure to work with, he was very responsive and it was very evident the quality of his work is important to him. Everyone who works there is very friendly and customer focused.
