Debra met me at the door with a sincere and friendly smile! She was very courteous! I loved how she took her time with me and made me feel special! We chatted business, and although she was professional, she was also personable, which made my experience delightful! I returned and requested doing business with her! My overall experience was excellent because of the wonderful service I received!!!

Just took my wife watch shopping all day and my only regret was not starting here! After many stores of depleted inventory and pushy salespeople, we were losing hope of finding the right watch for my wife. Enter Dennis and the rest of the wonderful team at this location. They were patient and understanding as they helped my wife find the perfect watch within our budget. We not only found the perfect watch for the right price, we found a welcoming place for all of our future jewelry needs. Why go anywhere else? Start at Jared’s!!

Jared's is the ONLY jewelry store for me. They provide excellent service. They have a great selection. The on-site repair facility is really convenient. The sales people are very helpful. Especially Tina, she feels like my personal jeweler! I will never go by any place else.

I had a great experience. The sales staff really cared about getting us exactly what we wanted and went above and beyond to help. They truly focused on getting us the right fit, rather than just getting a sale. I would definitely recommend Jared to anyone.

I hate Jared. I only had my ring for about three weeks and a stone had already fallen out of it. When I went in to get it fixed the sales lady came off way too strong and kept touching my hair and clothes and telling me how she loved them when she clearly was shocked I would wear such thing. Then she took 15 minutes telling me about all the things I could buy before getting to fixing my ring. Then she proceeded to sign me up for a Jared credit card -using all the information that was on my repair ticket- without telling me what was going on. When I received the card I immediately canceled it but it still hit my credit account and dropped my credit score. Maybe it was just this one salesperson, but that’s all it took for me to despise Jared. I will never go back to them.
